Terms, Conditions and Code of Conduct

Payment

All payments must be completed on or before the 5th week of the commencement of the Bootcamp program. Failure to do this will result in losing your admission, access to classes and other perks of the Bootcamp.

Attendance

You must achieve 80% attendance during the Bootcamp (Saturday and Wednesday sessions). This is a compulsory prerequisite to receiving the certificate and reference from High Impact Careers at the end of the Bootcamp.

Materials and Resources

All materials and resources shared with you are proprietary and property of High Impact Careers and therefore should not be shared with any 3rd party. All classes will be recorded, and Delegates will have access to view the recordings for the duration of the bootcamp and for a period of 3 months after the completion of the bootcamp. After the 3-month period, access to the recording will be rescinded. Neither the videos nor the lesson notes should be downloaded.

Deferment Policy

All delegates are eligible to submit a request for deferment by email only within the first 3 weeks of the commencement of the Bootcamp after which deferment requests will no longer be considered. Deferment requests will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, at High Impact Careers’ discretion. Submitting the request does not automatically result in an official deferment.  Delegates must ensure that they receive a formal notice and confirmation regarding the outcome of their request for deferment.  It takes approximately 5 working days to process a deferment request.

Refund Policy

If a potential delegate requests to cancel their enrolment, a refund will be processed only if this falls before the onboarding or 10 working days after payment is made (whichever comes first). Please note that after this, refunds will no longer be processed, and you would be advised to defer your enrolment if it falls within the first 3 weeks of the commencement of the course. (Please refer to item 4 above). The refund process may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account after it is approved.

Anti-Bullying and Harassment

Here at High Impact Careers, we discourage any form of verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, and bullying in any shape or form. Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended. In the UK, harassment is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.

We take any case of bullying, harassment, or discrimination seriously and look into it as soon as possible. We always keep an open mind when dealing with a complaint and handle the complaint confidentially, including any investigation. Send an email to info@highimpactcareers.co.uk to report any incident of bullying, intimidation or harassment.
